  19. NO SANCTIONS

    You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a Canadian sanction, or that you are personally sanctioned in your individual capacity under the United Nations Act, Special Economic Measures Act, or Justice for Victims of Corrupt Officials Act, or any other applicable legislation against foreign states or non-state actors in support of peace and security and the enforcement of international norms and laws.
